Featured Adoptables

Chuckie
This sweet, affectionate kitty is Chuckie. This two-year-old boy loves attention and is also quite playful. Chuckie came to the shelter because his previous owner could no longer take care of him. He is now hoping to find his furever home, preferably with children over the age of five as well as with other feline siblings (pending a visit). So if you are looking for a very special and loving companion, Chuckie could be the perfect kitty for you!

Marco
Say hello to Marco. This handsome man is very relaxed and affectionate. His favorite pastimes are being petted and getting chin scritches, at which time his purring machine runs-nonstop. Marco came to the shelter as a stray, and is now hoping to find a furever home where he will feel safe and loved. Because he is such a laid-back guy, he would do well with children of all ages (pending a visit). So if you are looking to add a big, affectionate, handsome guy to your life (and lap) just ask for Marco.

Skye
This gorgeous lady is 4 year old Skye. When you first meet her, she will be a little shy, but once she becomes more familiar with her surroundings, you will see how affectionate and friendly she can be. And if it's a conversation you're after, she is quite talkative as well. She is also front declawed. Skye came to the shelter because her previous owner was moving and could not take her with them. She is now looking for that special someone willing to give her a furever home. She would do well with children over the age of five as well as with other feline siblings (pending a visit). Are you her special someone? Stop in and visit Skye to day!

Toby
Say hello to Toby, one of our longest residents here at LHS. Nine-year-old Toby was brought to the shelter in April of 2014 after his owners relinquished custody. You can visit him in our cat community room where he lives with his roommate Jojo, who is also one of our longest residents. Toby might be a little shy at first, but all it takes for him to warm up to you is a little brushing. After being with us for over a year, we would love to see this beautiful, friendly and curious cat get a second chance at finding the loving furever home he deserves. Will you help us find him a furever retirement home?
